Refunds and Cancellations

Each session is prepared in advance, including the purchase of materials and venue booking.
For this reason, refunds or replacements for change of mind or illness are not required under Australian Consumer Law and will not be given due to the costs associated with each session.

If you are unable to attend, please notify us in writing at least 24 hours before the session to retain the option to reschedule.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, your booking will be forfeited.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise. You are welcome to transfer your booking to a friend if you can no longer attend.

Venue changes or cancellations will be announced on our Facebook and Instagram pages by 7am on the day of the session. Please check our social media for updates.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, you will still be charged for the full session duration as scheduled. No extensions or refunds can be provided for missed time.
