Cancellation & Refunds

Each session is prepared in advance, including the purchase of materials and venue booking. Here's how our cancellation and refund policy works, in plain language.

Each session is prepared in advance, including the purchase of materials and venue booking. For this reason, refunds or replacements for change of mind or illness are not required under Australian Consumer Law and will not be given due to the costs associated with each session.

  • If you are unable to attend, please notify us in writing at least 24 hours before the session to retain the option to reschedule.

  • If less than 24 hours' notice is provided, your booking will be forfeited.

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise. You are welcome to transfer your booking to a friend if you can no longer attend.

  • Venue changes or cancellations will be announced on our Facebook and Instagram pages by 7am on the day of the session. Please check our social media for updates.

Late arrivals

If you arrive late, you will still be charged for the full session duration as scheduled. No extensions or refunds can be provided for missed time.

Transfers

Bookings are transferable. If you can no longer attend and it's too late to reschedule, a friend or family member is welcome to take your spot. Just let us know the new attendee's name and any relevant allergy or medical information before the session.

Weather-related changes

Sessions run in light drizzle and mild weather. In the case of heavy rain, storms or extreme heat, we may reschedule or move to an alternative location. Venue changes will be announced on our Facebook and Instagram pages by 7am on the day of the session.

— PARTIES & EVENTS

Party cancellations work differently.

Because parties involve much more preparation and materials, they follow a separate cancellation schedule. A $100 non-refundable deposit secures your booking, with the balance due 14 days before your event.
