All bookings and payments are completed online before the session, including casual drop-ins. We accept credit card and EFT. No cash on the day — it keeps the morning calm, and means Cassie can focus on the children rather than the admin.

If you’d prefer to pay via EFT rather than credit card online, simply send an email to Cassie at hello@curiouslittlelearners.com.au. Let us know which location and bundle/casual session you'd like. Once the funds have been received, we’ll send a unique code to officially get your little one booked in the calendar.

Our multi-class term bundles are designed to foster a consistent, weekly rhythm and give you the ultimate flexibility to book across both our Petersham and Maroubra morning cohorts. Simply choose the dates and locations that best suit your family's rhythm.

Please note that term bundles include a built-in community discount and expire at the end of each current Term. Because of this, they are reserved strictly for standard term classes and cannot be rolled over to future terms, redeemed for cash, or used for our seasonal celebrations, holiday pop-ups, and bespoke events — which operate under their own standalone booking rates due to the premium, custom sensory setups provided.

*A quick reminder: We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to class to retain your credit. If you can't make it, you are always welcome to have a friend take your spot instead.

While our regular Term sessions offer flexible sibling pricing, our seasonal pop-ups operate on a strict per-child basis.

This ensures we can hand-measure, prepare, and allocate full, unrestricted portions of our premium materials — including custom sensory potions, dedicated workspace trays, and raw clay setups — to every little learner in attendance.

*Note: Sibling babies under 12 months are always welcome to join us complimentary when accompanying a booked older sibling.

We are all about outdoor sensory discovery and happily proceed in light drizzle—after all, mud play is the best play! However, your family's safety is our absolute priority. If severe storms, heavy rain, or extreme heat are on the horizon, we follow two clear steps:

• Advanced Relocation (5+ days notice): If severe weather is forecasted well ahead of time, we will notify you at least 5 days in advance if a session is being relocated to a covered or indoor venue.

• Last-Minute Updates (By 7AM): If dangerous weather develops suddenly overnight, we will notify you via email and our social pages by 7:00 AM on the morning of your class.

If we ever have to cancel a class completely, you will never lose out—we will happily offer you a full class credit or a refund.

Yes, always. Curious Little Learners is not a drop-off service. Parents and caregivers remain responsible for supervising their own child throughout the session. This keeps children safe and also means you get to be part of the experience.

If you let us know in writing at least 24 hours before the session you can reschedule to another date. With less than 24 hours notice the booking is forfeited, as each session is prepared in advance including materials and venue costs. You're always welcome to transfer your booking to a friend if you can no longer attend — see below for more information.

Yes! If you can't make your upcoming session, you are always welcome to gift your spot to a friend. You can easily request a transfer by clicking the "Transfer a Session" link at the bottom of your booking confirmation email, or click here.

Please note that we require at least 48 hours' notice for all friend transfers. This ensures we have enough time to securely send your guest their mandatory safety and allergy intake forms before the class begins!

To keep your details organised, simply book your next session and tick the box at checkout to save your new profile. Once saved, tracking your package balances and rescheduling sessions is completely effortless.

A note on safety: Because our organic sensory materials change weekly, a brief allergy check will appear with every booking. This guarantees your little learner's outdoor play is always perfectly safe.

Comfortable clothes that can get messy, a hat and sunscreen for the warmer days or cosy layers and gumboots for the cooler months, a water bottle, and a change of clothes just in case. We provide all the materials, sensory ingredients and tools.

Classes are designed for ages 18 months to 5 years, the sweet spot for open-ended play. Younger siblings are welcome. Activities are set up so children across this range can engage at their own level.

Most materials are taste-safe (flour, cornflour, food colouring, oats and similar household ingredients) but not intended for eating. Activities may include small parts. Please supervise closely and let us know at the time of booking on our intake online form if your child has any allergies or sensitivities.

Keeping your little learner safe and supported is at the heart of everything we do. As children grow, their needs naturally evolve. If any medical, developmental, or allergy details change during the term after your online booking submission, please drop us a note at hello@curiouslittlelearners.com.au. Cassie personally oversees these updates, ensuring she is prepared to support your child before their next classroom adventure.

Yes from time to time, however we only ever post non-identifiable images: hands, backs, side profiles, or wider context shots. We never post clear face photos of children without explicit permission. If you prefer your child isn't included in any media at all, just let the educator know before the session begins.
